Hi, I am Laetitia!
This year I’m celebrating my 30th year of professional experience, 23 of which as a consultant in International Development. I have been freelancing as an independent consultant for 15 years. I am also a certified and accredited professional coach with the European Mentoring and Consulting Council (EMCC), and I now combine consulting work and coaching professionals, leaders and consultants in international development and humanitarian aid.
I’ve spent countless hours finetuning CVs to win bids and secure contracts.
I’ve never been out of work.
I’m eager to share what I’ve learned about CV for consulting throughout my professional journey.

Hi, I’m Janet!
I’ve been working in the social impact sector since 1995, specialising in purpose, strategy and organisational development.
My journey began as a Project Manager with an NGO in Armenia, and over the years, I’ve worked across multiple countries and roles. In 2001, I transitioned to consulting with a firm, gaining valuable insights into the sector.
In 2016, I took the leap into independent consulting. It was exhilarating but also daunting—and often lonely.
I craved connection with other women navigating the same challenges. That’s why I created the Women’s Consulting Workshop—a supportive space for women working as consultants in the social impact sector.
In 2020, we launched Turas Partners, where you can learn more about our consulting work.
I’ve had the privilege of coaching hundreds of women through challenging consulting situations, helping them clarify their purpose, refine their consulting strategy, and design a practice that truly supports the life they want to lead.
I offer Deep Dive Strategy Sessions, designed to give you clarity on your consulting practice: who you serve, how to achieve your goals, and how to build a sustainable, impactful business.
